Flexographic Printing

Laminating
Our lamination capabilities allow us to combine the best properties that paper and film substrates have to offer into a single packaging sheet. Laminations have a number of benefits including extending the shelf life of products through additional barrier properties, providing matte finishes for specific aesthetic goals, the creation of hybrid substrates like our wovenpoly laminated bags and additional strength. All lamination at Standard Bag includes solventless lamination technology for a greener solution.
Converting
We have a wide range of converting capabilities to manufacture and finish open mouth paper and wovenpoly sacks. Our equipment is specifically designed to efficiently manufacture and finish open mouth sacks for the wide range of customers we serve across a multitude of industries. Our converting lines are highly nimble, allowing for mass customization and short lead times to service specialty production runs that our customers expect.
Finishing
Our finishing capabilities include applying a sewn or pinch (glued) closure to the various types of bags we manufacture. Our finishing equipment can apply additional heat seals to those type of bags that have an inner ply of poly for increased shift proofing and enhance barrier properties. Proper finishing is important to ensure the strength of the closure and to avoid any product leaking from the sack.
